For over thirty years, Judy has worked in financial services. She was an investment banker with Smith Barney, and a commercial banker with Bank of America. As an independent financial professional, she has also structured private-equity transactions for individual investors.

Judy holds an MBA from Columbia University Graduate School of Business and she attended the New York University Center for Finance, Law and Taxation, where she completed the Financial Planning program. In 2005, she was awarded the Certified Financial Planner(TM) designation, also known as the CFP(R).

To sharpen her skills, and keep her knowledge relevant, Judy is a member of the Nazrudin Project, an affiliation of financial planners and allied professionals dedicated to working with clients holistically. Judy also received training in financial-transitions planning through the Sudden Money® Institute. She is also a Registered Life Planner® with the Kinder Institute of Life Planning™.

As a recognized expert in transitional financial planning, Judy has been quoted in The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, The Daily News, and Psychology Today.
